Appealing to Diverse Community Interests.
Athletic Facilities
This project included a 76-acre flood control basin, earthwork, major street construction, reclaimed water irrigation, 10 sand-based soccer fields, field drainage, parking, site concrete, desert landscaping, dramatic restroom buildings, public art features, playgrounds, post-tensioned basketball court, a steel pedestrian bridge, 40 acres of 419 tiff (by stolons) and sports lighting. Value Engineering by Valley Rain provided funds for the construction of additional sand-based fields. Scottsdale Sports Complex is now 13 years old, but still holds the reputation for one of the best soccer complexes in the region. This project demonstrates our ability to construct long-lasting, high-quality sports complexes in Arizona.
