Peoria Sports Complex
Attention to Detail Leaves Peoria in Awe.
HARDSCAPE | PLACEMAKING
The Peoria Sports Complex was a major horizontal renovation of concourse and viewing areas of the existing stadium facility. Much of the existing concrete surface was removed to allow for new improvements that would revitalize the complex and create an enhanced patron experience. The work included enlarged concourse concrete paving, a large ADA ramp to the field level for special events, added viewing areas, shade canopies, outfield entertainment decks, drink rails, new entry structures and utilities for a new club seating building pad. Also incorporated into the project were field renovations to allow for new field-level seating and ungraded infields. The project required extensive coordination with vertical contractors working in the same space and time.

Recognition
A team that consistently goes above and beyond for the Owner.
Valley Rain’s team has been an incredible resource to our City over many years. Their technical knowledge of concrete, irrigation, turf and lake construction has enabled them to achieve a quality that is clearly above others in their industry. Their team combines experience and professionalism with a desire to satisfy the owner resulting in solutions that add value to our projects. They have earned my highest recommendation for future work.

It is rare when a project looks like the rendering. This project looks better than the rendering!
Your team has blown everybody away. The design and the construction have turned out better than the City could have ever imagined. We often get a pretty picture that can’t be duplicated in the field due to budget issues or design issues and your team did it.
You didn’t oversell and you have won a lot of admirers!
