Position Overview: We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Project Managers of Construction, for high-end Municipal Park, plaza, and open space projects. Key Responsibilities: As a Project Manager at Valley Rain, you will play a pivotal role in our success. Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning, directing, coordinating, and tracking activities for designated construction projects.
• Ensuring that project goals and objectives are achieved within specified time frames and budget parameters.
• Leading, managing, and motivating project teams to excel.
• Utilizing your construction expertise to navigate site, civil, concrete, and landscape trades.
• Collaborating with subordinates and cross-functional teams to drive project success.
• Performing other tasks in support of company and team goals.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of construction experience (Preferred).
• Driver’s License
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
