PROJECT MANAGER
Position Overview: We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Project Managers of Construction, for high-end Municipal Park, plaza, and open space projects. Ideal candidates will be inspiring leaders who foster teamwork in the field and help maintain Valley Rain’s reputation as a great place to work.
Key Responsibilities: As a Project Manager at Valley Rain, you will play a pivotal role in our success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning, directing, coordinating, and tracking activities for designated construction projects.
- Ensuring that project goals and objectives are achieved within specified time frames and budget parameters.
- Leading, managing, and motivating project teams to excel.
- Utilizing your construction expertise to navigate site, civil, concrete, and landscape trades.
- Collaborating with subordinates and cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Performing other tasks in support of company and team goals.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of construction experience (Preferred).
- Driver’s License
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and a team-oriented mindset.

Compensation: Competitive salary, ranging from $100,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year, dependent on experience (DOE).
